  1. In a large pot or dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mustard seeds; when they start popping/dancing add methi seeds & fennel seeds. Sautee then onion until tender.

  2. Add tomato puree bring it to boil then reduce flame let is simmer.

  3. Mix besan flour in water without lumps till smooth consistency.. add it into mixture stir well lest it form lumps cook for another ten minutes

Sai Bhaji

1.In the instant Pot mode sauté mode pour oil,

2.to this now goes hing , red chili powder, jeera seeds and cloves

  1. Add chopped onions and green chillies to the pot & sauté 

  2. Add cubed potatoes ,spinach leaves & Methi leaves.. allowed at least half an hour to cook in low pressure.
