Any time someone joins the site through your bulletin, you'll get 50 points. Anytime someone adds a friend through your bulletin, you'll get points as if you added them yourself!

How do I get VIP?
VIP users get the most adds and VIP can be purchased from the members area. There are multiple price options available.
